@packtherock I shouldn’t be finding out that the Illinois game is a Red Out because you seeked it out. They need to publicize it and sell a red game shirt. It’s not hard.

Yep. They’ll officially announce it, but it will be like a week before lol. Like always. A red game shirt with the white towels would look sweet.

We are not good at marketing and communicating with our fans.  Our website is very outdated as well.  

The Cuban Media Center does not seem to help.

It's annoying.

@tammany I just don’t understand how a University with a world renowned business school can’t market athletics.

The Hoosier the Bison rollout is a perfect example

Any fan enticement promotion should have been figured out long before Fall camp and a marketing campaign pushed to every IU fan blog and website;  Crimson Quarry, Inside the Hall, HOOSIER HUDDLE, every HS in the state etc. etc. etc.  The Buffalo could have been been the best marketing prop in IU athletic department history.  No planning, no energy, no effort, no excitement and flip of the coin hope bring questionable results.  Quite frankly there should be an annual project in the business school every year for promoting IU sports.  That includes the Little 5.  Loads of crazy ideas for the asking over at the business school.  Just tap into it.

@hoosier-clarion They did a really good job with the Bison videos. Then they went dark for a couple months/weeks and kind of snuck him out without a full reveal.
