Some of our fans just don’t get how much bigger CFB is than CBB.

I wouldn’t trade our CFB championship for any number of CBB titles.

... How many people will ever forget Citadel beating South Carolina or App State beating Michigan? Or NIU and Marshall beating Notre Dame? College football is unique in that it doesn’t support cinderellas winning the whole thing, but on a per game basis beating a ranked team means a helluva lot more than it does in say college basketball. It’s basically a mini Super Bowl for that schools fan base. 

I will say I would just about cut something off if we would kick Kentucky's ass in basketball. Ranked or not.
