Isnt that like the only rule the NCAA is allowed to enforce anymore, according to the courts? Need to treat athletes mainly the same as the other students?

Some sites are saying he recently was still taking classes online. Post-graduate studies. But not enrolled in spring semester. Since he will go NFL.
I guess why would he need to. Not his fault the fall football season runs ridiculously late.
I think Fernando might be doing online only classes too. At least I’ve heard that and I wouldn’t be surprised that it’s true for him or any number of athletes.
@tmft I'd guess since covid online classes make up the majority of most D1 athletes schedule, at least in the major sports.
