They need to get to collective bargaining...it's inevitable. Stop dancing around it and just skip to it.

So is Bray Lynch staying?  I thought I read a couple weeks ago he was going to Texas, but I dont see his name now in the On3 tracker.

@tr32 I didn't see an official announcement. He never came out and entered the portal either. It was rumored that Texas was talking with him or prepared to make an offer.

O-line may be pretty good again.  D-line not looking bad either.  Need some leaders now.

Also, I gotta say I will be surprised if Kobe Martin isn't our best RB next season.

Love Khobie. Impressive. Hope he has a huge year too.

Im excited by Turbo Richard. He looks high end to me. Very good hands, so I am hopeful we throw more to our backs. I dont understand us not doing that against pressure but we dont much.

Beebe, fingers crossed. Hopeful, because he was looking really good. But never know what explosiveness come back after knee injury.

I think Khobe is a star ready to shine if they let him. The only counterpoint I can see is that he did most of his work in mop up time when he was fresh and the opposing defense wasn’t.  But damn if he wasn’t explosive when he got the ball.

Blocking and pass catching are two abilities which must accompany his speed and elusiveness.

Looking back at 15's td run, it was Kaelon who led him, whacked the LB Bissanth(?) and drove him clear outside the right tackle box  and pancaked  him...watch the replay..All Black...

Bruno Massel IV is in the portal. Fresh Wr who never played. It’s odd that a bunch of walk ons put their name in the portal.

@qparker One of the characteristics of Cignetti's teams is he highly values running backs and tight ends that block well.

@lncolnpk Maybe they can get a spot at the lower levels...everyone who transfers is in the portal no matter the status.

If you want to transfer, that's what you have to do, isn't it?

Rich Eisen show and Josh Pate claimed what I think we already knew. The portal dates having enforceability are a mirage. The NCAA set dates and hopes everybody abides by them to make life easier. But if a player chooses to transfer, say this summer, as long as the school admits them, they will be able to play.

I was pretty sure that was known from court rulings. And those guys may be wrong, but thats what they think. Doubt many players or schools will try to rock that boat though. Besides, most would already have NIL agreements, which would throw a monkey wrench into somebody trying it.

That's sort of what I was thinking. The NCAA really has no teeth anymore. BUT no announcement by guys  Lynch and Cooper has to be a good sign.

you bring up a great point. One of the Cignatures of Coach Cigs offenses is that everyone blocks on every play if they don't have the ball. No taking plays off ever.
