I get he has to say it, but its pretty funny to hear a coach basically say Indiana will be their get right game. IU is the most efficient team in the country, you dont "get right" against teams that are that methodical
I'm definitely nervous for this game. They have a really good freshman QB that continues to get better, and the games they lost have been really close against middle of the pack BIG teams. Cig and co have their work cut out the next two weekends on the road.
@paterade They have to take care of business for sure. From the outside it’s been fun talking about all the possibilities, but it is still a game-by-game thing.
Good write up.
Our d-line vs their o-line is my key. If we play how we usually do and get pressure on the true freshman qb, i think we could create a turnover or two.
We'll score on them, not worried about that. I want to see how we handle their qb.
@paterade A freshman QB will not fare well against IU's defense. I see another Hoosier ass-whoopin'.
Sure, we can't play like garbage but we're 22 pt favorites and just beat a team that beat them, by 50.

People were worried about the UCLA game too. IU seems to be on a mission this season. Maryland isn’t a pushover but IU is playing on another level right now.
My only concern about Maryland is if they decide to start running their QB, which they did last week after not doing so all season. Thats been an issue for us.
I am feeling confident we annihilate Maryland. The toughest opponents they have faced this year, are Washington and Nebraska, who both have pretty weak trenches. They havent had to play OSU, Oregon, Iowa, USC etc.
Maryland goes splat this game. They like to throw a lot of short passes, so should be a good day for our DBs in the turnover margin. Haines is an absolute master at trapping QBs on throws to the flat.
@gthomas I hope so! Whoop some ass today, then have their best game of the season at PSU.
