... they show up.
I think the defense comes out angry for playing so sloppy last week. UCLA has one of the weakest pass rushes in the country, our offense should feast.
If the team hasn’t been smelling their own farts about how good they are, this one won’t be close. UCLA hasn’t played anybody like us, the closest talent comp would be Utah who smashed them (of course, before coach change, but that game showed a clear athlete gap).
hopefully the guys are still humble and hungry, this should be a game we win big
@gros-louis Well...
Yeah, my nerves were unwarranted, obviously. Though I'd also argue we did more than show up. We played a lot better than we did vs Sparty.
Fingers crossed for good injury news on Fisher and Franke.
@gthomas Yeah, because they attacked UCLA. I know it's kind of a joke and you're right there. But, I would say if IU shows up and plays to their identity they'll win.
Not sure if this is a real challenge to Kamara's production that it sounds like to me:
On Mikail Kamara’s play this season…
CC:"I think production numbers speak for themselves. I think he’s got another level he can play at. And I’m waiting to see it."
I chuckled a little: ' .. I can remember, as a young kid, my mother making me a homemade Superman or Batman costume because back then we didn’t have a lot of money. '
Times have changed for Coach.
