No matter what the two combatants come into the game with a real hatred of each other. It does not matter if they are 11-0 or 0-11 this rivalry game can make or break the season for one of these teams. Coming into the 2012 version of the Bucket Game the Hoosiers had already been eliminated from bowl contention, while Purdue need a win to reach the six win mark.
