Indiana’s Season in Review Thus Far:
The Indiana Hoosiers Men’s Soccer Program has been on a roll, winning 12 of their 16 games thus far in 2026, with only one of those games resulting in a loss. They are one of the most talented teams in the country and have arguably the best head coach in the country as well. The Hoosiers are well primed to compete for and win their 9th National Title in school history. They’ve been battle tested and beaten tough ranked opponents, they’ve played well on the road in difficult environments, and they’ve fought against adversity when grinding out games where weather was a factor.
This could be a special year for the Indiana Hoosiers. They will take another step towards a hopefully magical ending this Friday when they face off against the UCLA Bruins in Los Angeles. The game will be broadcasted on B1G+ at 10:00 PM ET on 10/30/2026.
Indiana vs. UCLA Predictions:
UCLA is having a great year as well. They rank 22nd in the nation and have only lost two games all season, both of which on the road involving cross country travel. They are undefeated at home, know how to score goals at a high rate, and will absolutely present problems for the Hoosiers on Friday.
This will not be an easy matchup, especially as UCLA looks to solidify their spot in the Big Ten Tournament. Only six teams from the Big Ten make the conference tournament, and UCLA currently ranks 6th in the conference (Indiana is 1st). They have two games remaining in the season and will no doubt be hoping for three points from each to vault themselves up in the conference standings. They will very likely make the NCAA Tournament, of course, but making the Big Ten Tournament is a huge motivator and will only boost UCLA’s resume for the long term.
The Bruins will be motivated and the Hoosiers have a long travel schedule to get to Los Angeles. Still, Indiana is the most talented team in this game, and is arguably the most talented team in the country. I’m predicting a draw between the two sides with a score of 1-1.
Upcoming Indiana Schedule:
After traveling to Los Angeles to take on the Bruins, Indiana returns home for a November 4th matchup against the Michigan State Spartans. Then, the Big Ten Tournament will begin, where the Hoosiers will likely host at least one home game. Following the Big Ten Tournament, the main event will be set as Indiana will enter into the NCAA Tournament as they look for a 9th National Championship for the program.
