It is nearly the halfway point on the countdown to Indiana football kickoff as we hit day 51. Today is all about incoming freshman offensive lineman Kenton Mondeau.

Hometown: Eau Claire, Wisconsin/Eau Claire North
Another offensive lineman out of Wisconsin, Kenton Mondeau, has the size to be another good one with development under IU’s offensive line coach Bob Bostad.
A top-five player in the state, Mondeau had offers from Iowa State and Wake Forest, among others, but ultimately chose IU.
He plays with the mean streak needed to be great in the Big Ten and the hope is that he stays at tackle. He was not in for spring practice, so his work with the team will start in the fall.
The expectation this season if for Mondeau to sit and develop behind a veteran offensive line.
