Countdown to 2026 Indiana Football- 74 Days Bray Lynch

Indiana OL Bray Lynch

Indiana’s offensive line saw historic program highs in the 2025 season, which boosted Indiana into its national title. With 74 days until kickoff, it is time to learn more about Bray Lynch, who was a consistent force for Indiana at right guard all season.

Height: 6’5”

Weight: 298 pounds

Hometown: Austin, Texas

Class/Position: Redshirt Senior/ Offensive Guard

Bray Lynch is a true Hoosier, as he has been with Indiana through all of the ups and downs. The redshirt senior out of Austin, Texas, started in all 16 games last season as Indiana won the national championship. Playing right guard for an offensive line that grabbed back-to-back Joe Moore Award semifinalist appearances, and was a finalist in 2025. Lynch and the rest of the line would love to win it this season.

Lynch is also consistent off the field, as he has had All-Big Ten Academic honors in back-to-back seasons. This achievement may get overshadowed, but it is important to understand Lynch’s strong character and motivation.

The Indiana offensive line was the driving force that led to six 300-plus yard rushing performances in 2025 (a program record). Indiana’s run game will look different this season, but with returning offensive line members Carter Smith and Lynch, Indiana can certainly be dominant in this category again.

Lynch has seen consistent improvement in his game every season, and this season should be no different.
