
This week, the Big Ten Network will be on-site with coverage of the College Football Playoff National Championship, as No. 1 Indiana matches up with No. 10 Miami from the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla., on Monday, Jan. 19.
Dave Revsine, Ashley Adamson, Howard Griffith, Rhett Lewis, Jake Butt and Urban Meyer will be on-site in Miami, while Rick Pizzo, Mike Hall, Kylen Mills, Anthony Herron, Yogi Roth and Gerry DiNardo will provide analysis from the studios in Chicago and across BTN’s daily programming.
Each weekday at noon ET, a new episode of B1G Today will preview the championship game and break down the key storylines leading into the meeting between the Hoosiers and the Hurricanes. Saturday’s coverage kicks off at 9 a.m. ET, with B1G Live: CFP National Championship Media Day, a 2 1/2-hour show featuring interviews and analysis of both teams competing in the championship game. Pizzo and DiNardo will deliver coverage from Chicago, as Revsine, Adamson, Griffith, Lewis and Butt provide takeaways from the media day in Miami. Saturday’s programming continues with a new one-hour episode of The B1G Show hosted by Hall at 10:30 p.m. ET.
Pizzo hosts a new episode of B1G Live on Sunday, Jan. 18, at 9 a.m. ET, featuring the press conference with Curt Cignetti and Miami’s Mario Cristobal. Pizzo and DiNardo return during a one-hour edition of The B1G Show at 10 p.m. ET, with further analysis ahead of the game with the group in Miami.
On Monday, Jan. 19, ahead of the matchup between Indiana and Miami, full coverage of the championship game begins at 10 a.m. ET, with a two-hour episode of B1G Today, hosted by Mills and Roth, with on-site analysis from Revsine, Adamson, Griffith, Lewis and Butt. Pizzo and DiNardo return during a 2 1/2-hour edition of B1G Live: CFP National Championship Pregame at 5 p.m. ET, as the group from Miami is joined by Meyer to give their final notes before the game. Following the game, B1G Live: CFP National Championship Postgame airs at approximately 11 p.m. ET, with The B1G Show at 11:30 p.m. ET, as Pizzo and DiNardo are joined by Revsine, Adamson, Griffith, Lewis and Butt to react to the results of the championship matchup.
Should Indiana win the national championship, the Hoosiers’ press conference will air Tuesday, Jan. 20, during a special 30-minute episode of B1G Live at 9 a.m. ET. Herron and DiNardo will give their final takeaways from the game on B1G Todayat noon ET.
