The No. 1 Indiana Hoosiers know their opponent for the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal game at the Rose Bowl. IU will take on the No. 9 Alabama Crimson Tide on January 1st at 4pm ET. The Crimson Tide knocked off No. 8 Oklahoma 34-24 in Norman on Friday night, avenging their regular season loss to the Sooners.
The Crimson Tide were not a lock to make the CFP at 9-3 (6-2), but found their way in as the runner-up in the SEC. This is the first-ever matchup between the Hoosiers and Crimson Tide. IU is 27-23-1 against the SEC all-time.
Hoosier Huddle will have all the Rose Bowl coverage leading up to and through January 1st.
