Cignetti Updates Indiana’s Injury Situation

Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti updated the media on Indiana's current injury situation. The Hoosiers were without linebacker Aiden Fisher, offensive lineman Drew Evans and kickoff specialist Brendan Franke last week at Maryland.

Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti updated the media on Indiana’s current injury situation. The Hoosiers were without linebacker Aiden Fisher, offensive lineman Drew Evans and kickoff specialist Brendan Franke last week at Maryland.

Cignetti said that IU came out of the Maryland game without any significant injuries.

In terms of the know injuries, Cignetti is optimistic Fisher will play this week while wide receiver Elijah Sarratt “tweaked something early in the game, took him out for precautionary reasons … been dealing with something for a couple weeks” and is considered day-to-day.

Drew Evans will be out against Penn State.
