Welcome, Hoosier fans to the 2025 Hoosier Huddle Countdown! Over the next 100 days the Hoosier Huddle staff will feature every player on the 2025 roster in anticipation of the season opener on August 30th against Old Dominion. Today, we look at redshirt junior offensive lineman Jack Greer.

Height: 6’3”
Weight: 311 pounds
Hometown: Fishers, IN (Hamilton Southeastern)
Class/Position: Redshirt Junior/ Offensive Lineman
A large part of the Hoosiers’ success last year was due to the improvement of the offensive line throughout the season. “The Hogs” up front steadily improved as the season went on, as younger guys got the chance to prove themselves in the gritty Big 10 trenches. One of those players is Jack Greer, who looks to build upon the success he had in 2024.
A 6’3”, 311 lb native of Fishers, Indiana, Greer joined the Hoosiers as a walk-on in 2022, where he earned co-offensive scout team player of the week against Maryland. Greer would not see any action in 2023 but would make his collegiate debut against Western Illinois in 2024. Greer would continue to see action in three more games in 2024, recording snaps against Charlotte, Nebraska, and Purdue. Greer’s best game came against Purdue, where he helped pave the way for QB Tayven Jackson as he scampered into the end zone for a 4-yard Touchdown.
As a big-bodied lineman who already has some collegiate experience, Greer has the opportunity to be a solid depth piece along the Hoosiers’ line with the potential to blossom into a full-blown starter with a good showing in 2025.
